ARC Handcuff Pouch

The HRT ARC Handcuff Pouch was purpose-built to provide rapid access and secure retention for your duty cuffs—without compromising on profile or performance. Designed to meet the real-world demands of law enforcement and tactical professionals, this pouch combines rugged construction with a sleek, low-visibility design.

Constructed with high-strength laser-cut laminate over a thermoplastic composite core, the ARC Handcuff Pouch offers structured durability in a slim, lightweight form. Featuring an internal CURV insert, this pouch ensures consistent tension for secure cuff retention. A HANK Kevlar lining adds an extra layer of friction, keeping cuffs firmly in place even under dynamic conditions. Whether you’re carrying hinged or chain-style handcuffs, the pouch accommodates both with ease, while an adjustable flap closure ensures your cuffs stay secure during dynamic movement and high-stress situations.

Open-corner drainage ports allow water and debris to escape, maintaining functionality across diverse environments. The pouch mounts effortlessly to any MOLLE-compatible platform or belts ranging from 1.5″ to 2″, using standard RMS Strips or equivalent hardware.

Engineered for fast access, enhanced security, and unmatched reliability, the HRT ARC Handcuff Pouch is the ideal blend of form and function for those who demand more from their gear. Backed by our LIFETIME Warranty.
