Bahco Fillet Knife Made by Helle in Norway in the late 1970's - Early 1980's (fairly stiff for a fillet) Would also make a great boning/trimming knife Blade Length: 6.5" Weight: 3.6oz Handle: Textured Plastic - Quite comfortable design for Right or left hand. These knives are shipped bulk with no sheath. There is a protective paper wrap and we will be sure to protect each piece properly for transport.
