Effective for trout, bass & saltwater species. Tied on Ahrex SA250 shrimp hook, bendback style. 99% weedless, fly rides with hook up enabling its weedless capabilities. This pattern should be tied on the leader with a Lefty's non-slip loop knot for unrelenting action. The smaller sizes 6 & 8 are tied with 1/80 lead eyes and can be cast on a 5 wt lines upward. The size 4 & 2 are tied with 1/50 lead eyes allowing for line wt 6 & up. The fly is effective by being stripped in various ways, dead drifted or manipulated with the rod's tip.
