The HRT Tactical RAC Plate Carrier is a modular plate carrier that's simple to put on and take off.
There are only 2 differences between the HRAC and RAC style plate carriers. The first is that the HRAC comes in a medium plate carrier size which may fit some people better. The second is that the RAC's zip-on back panel ecosystem is replaced with a modular MOLLE rear to attach various placards in the HRAC model.
Yes, the HRT HRAC has an M81 Woodland Plate Carrier option, meaning it is sold in woodland camo alongside normal multicam and multicam black.
The XL size of the HRT RAC and HRAC can fit waists up to around 58-59 inches, while smaller waists can use one piece of shock cord tied tight. Alternatively, you can fold the eyelets underneath the back and run the cord down the MOLLE. However, it's worth noting that while the cummerbunds can exceed these numbers, the corners of the cummerbund might stick out and it won't look as good.
The RAC plate carrier has the option of adding a QD or MOLLE cummerbund(sold separately) to it for additional storage and support. Another potential accessory is purchasing bulletproof plates (sold separately) to insert in the plate carrier.
