Part 1: Getting Started (Setup Instructions)
First, you need to download the free MantisX app onto your smartphone or tablet. The app is available for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire devices. To get it, simply go to your device’s app store and search for “MantisX.”
Before you train, make sure your sensor is charged. Use the micro USB cable that comes in the box to charge the device. It takes about 2 hours for a full charge, which will last for at least 12 hours of continuous use. You can check the charging status by looking at the small light on the sensor.
